个人简介

谭硕(Cherie S. Tan),国自然外国优秀青年、国家外国青年人才计划获得者,“智能医学工程”教育部工程研究中心 PI,正高级职称。自2006年以来一直从事癌症基因检测、抗癌药物研发及相关仪器系统设计集成等方向的工作。在美国犹他大学生物分析化学专业学习工作期间,师从 Henry S. White美国艺术与科学院院士和Cynthia J. Burrows美国科学院院士,独立构建新型生物纳米孔道 γ-Hemolysin,突破了现有纳米孔测序仪的检测范围,实现突变基因单分子和单构象的检测,建立和发展了一系列具有基因测序应用前景的生物纳米孔道新方法和新技术。在美国加州诺华生物医学研究院工作期间,为诺华加州实验室构建MALDI-TOF质谱成像平台,适用于抗体药物的成像技术研发,追踪目标抗体及其降解产物在大鼠体内的特异性分布。此外,集成小分子药物和抗体药物的in vitro 和in vivo高通量筛选全自动操控检测平台系统。目前已在核酸分子的单分子检测、碱基修饰、构象分析以及核酸连接酶反应监测等方面开展了系统的研究工作。相关成果在 J. Am. Chem. Soc.、ACS Nano、The Innovation、Chem. Asian J、Biophys. J.、Electrochem. Sci. Adv.、Sens. Actuators B Chem.、Faraday Diss.、J. Chromatogr. A 等刊物上发表论文 20余篇。
