个人简介

田裕涛,天津大学临床医学院副院长,教授,国家重点研发计划首席科学家。2011~2019年,美国宾夕法尼亚大学医学院生理系任博士后研究员和研究助理;2020年入职天津大学。研究方向为钾离子通道门控过程和调节机制,以及离子通道在神经系统,心血管系统,内分泌系统中重要的生理或病理功能。相关研究成果表于Nature Chemical Biology,PNAS,Journal of General Physiology等生理学领域顶级期刊及重要期刊,曾多次被邀请参加国际国内外会议并做报告。

 

主要研究方向

细胞电生理

1、通过膜片钳电生理记录,解析钾离子、氯离子等通过的门控动力学特征,探索离子通道的“结构-功能”关系。

2、通过分子动力学模拟技术的探索离子通道门控过程中的动态变化规律。

3、基于人工智能技术的离子通道蛋白分析、设计与改造,以及相关靶向分子的设计与虚拟筛选。

4、离子通道重要生理、病理机制研究及离子通道靶向药物开发。

5、基于目标离子通道神经物理调控(超声等)技术的开发与应用。
