佟小光，神经外科博士，主任医师，博士生导师，现任天津市环湖医院党委副书记、院长，天津市神经外科研究所所长。已获批天津市有突出贡献专家、市131创新型一层次人才、市131创新团队带头人等称号；先后主持承担国家重点研发计划1项、天津市科委科技支撑2项、天津市卫生健康科技重点攻关1项；2019年以来以通讯/共同通讯作者，发表SCI文章32篇；获天津市科技进步二等奖1项（排名第2）。
