Tissue engineering and regenerative medicine focuses on cutting-edge technologies such as 3D bioprinting, organ chip, artificial intelligence, and innovative theories such as precise induction of stem cells, fusion of neurobiology and information science (BT-IT) to study the organ development, disease and regeneration of tissues such as skin and brain. It mainly involves the analysis of the structure and space-time organization rules of tissue formation, the development of functional bioinks with excellent biocompatibility for soft tissue printing, the establishment of physiological and pathological skin organoids, the development of vascularized brain organoids, the construction of intelligent complex based on brain organoid, and the screening of small molecule drugs that inhibit scar and promote the closure of chronic wounds. The BT-IT interactive verification platform was built to improve the maturity of brain organoids based on IT regulation and repair the brain injury of transplanted host based on BT-IT fusion.
